PUBLIC NOTICE
Matanuska Electric Association, Inc. (MEA) plans to construct a new 115 kV double circuit transmission from its Hospital Substation to its Herning Substation located near S. Denali St. and of E. Susitna Ave., Wasilla, or to Cottle Substation near Fairview Loop and Knik Goose Bay Road. Three alternative routes are proposed in the vicinity of Bogard Road, Parks Highway, and Fairview Loop.
This notice is intended to inform you of the project and of the upcoming public meetings where this project will be discussed. The public is welcome to attend both events to learn more about this important project.
We have scheduled two public meetings to give us the chance to share information with you and hear your input on this important project:
